Engineered for demanding aviation environments, this precision-built outer layer delivers reliable protection, warmth, and mobility in changing conditions. Constructed from durable mini RipStop fabric, it resists tearing and sheds water while standing up to the rigours of cockpit and flight operations.

A breathable 100% waterproof barrier helps maintain comfort and performance in wet and unpredictable weather, while PrimaLoft® Gold insulation provides lightweight warmth without restricting movement. Strategically positioned rear vents are designed to remain unobstructed by harnesses or seatbelts, improving airflow and temperature regulation throughout extended wear.

Built for performance in the air and on the ground, it combines rugged durability, thermal efficiency, and unrestricted comfort in the most demanding aviation conditions.

All of our flight suits have been fitted with high-vis tape on the back shoulders and back to enhanced ground visibility, improving personnel detection. The suits have also been designed to resist ignition and self extinguish. But note these garments are not intended for use around open flames or high heat sources.

- Secure all zippers and velcro storm flaps before washing.
- Hose or wipe off any built-up mud or blood prior to washing.
- Use mild liquid detergent or a technical sports wash.
- Hand / or machine wash at 30˚ or below.
- Tumble dry on low and remove promptly, or dry flat on a towel out of direct sunlight.
- Always store in a dry, damp-free location.

WARM INSULATION

PrimaLoft® Gold insulation creates a lightweight thermal core engineered to retain warmth without unnecessary bulk, ensuring unrestricted movement in the cockpit. Strategically distributed 100GSM insulation delivers targeted comfort where it’s needed most, maintaining high thermal efficiency even in damp and demanding conditions.

BREATHABLE

A breathable PU hydrophilic membrane and strategically positioned back vents work together to regulate internal temperature and release excess heat during high-output activity. Designed to remain unobstructed by your harness or seatbelt, the ventilation system maintains airflow and comfort without compromising weather protection.

The Governor is built with a durable 75D polyester mini RipStop outer layer for added peace-of-mind protection in demanding environments. A DWR coating actively repels water, blood and dirt, while fully seam-sealed construction enhances weather resistance. Beneath the outer shell, a breathable PU hydrophilic membrane delivers 100% windproof and waterproof protection with a maximum 15,000mm fabric rating, while also being designed to resist ignition and self-extinguish*. PrimaLoft® Gold insulation provides high thermal efficiency even when damp, using strategically distributed 100GSM insulation to deliver warmth and comfort with minimal bulk. Completing the system is a lightweight 15D nylon mini RipStop lining for lasting durability and comfort.
