Great jacket, however working with it over last 3 months, iv put it through all conditions. On a heavy coast downpour in wet bush you will get about an hour or two of dryness before becoming wet. Main issue is water enters in through the chest zipper area despite best efforts to cover up and eventually runs down your chest. Creating a huge wet spot on your thermals. Some sort of better zip or sealing solution on front zip should be inspected. I use duct tape and insulation tape to seal my zip inside and out which worked for a bit. Overall it is a great jacket. If I was to re do my work I’d buy two, run one till it gets wet. Store it, switch thermals and put fresh one on at lunch. They are super light and pack away nicely / dry quickly at base. Even ran the best 500$+ jackets and they don’t stay dry for long in pouring rain and pushing through wet Reefton bush. Still a great product!! just buy two and change thermals and coat mid day.
Very good all as it says on the label 100% waterproof.
This lightweight jacket is perfect for summer rain days, I’ve used it for clay shooting and walking, folds away, perfect for what I needed.
I grabbed the Stow It Jacket to sit in the bottom of my pack while hunting in the vic high country. I've gotta say it packs small, and hasn't let me down.
Perfect jacket to keep in your day pack.
